Today's communication landscape has never been more saturated or confusing; We have multi channel television, without multi-channel brand communication, we can browse the web on our televisions and watch TV on our web browsers. We have phones that surf the internet and websites that you can use to make phone calls. Unfortunately the opportunity for bad user interface design has also increased as a result.

In recent years, a lot has been said about 'usability' and 'user centric design'. Unfortunately this key element of online design STILL hasn't become as integral to an online brief as it should. This has resulted in bad ergonomics (your customers don't use your site), unclear communication (they don't understand your product), and costly re-builds (Your FD says, "told you so").
